December 2022 (LIGHT FEST) 

OCTOBER 2022 (HARVEST FEST) - We celebrated the arrival of autumn with Harvest Fest in October. The highlight of the event was the chili cookoff and pie contest. Prizes were given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Neighbors enjoyed socializing and posing for photos in front of the hay bales, while the kids had a fun time playing Jenga.

JULY 2022 (ICE CREAM SOCIAL) - In July, we held an ice cream social on National Ice Cream Day! Despite the cloudy weather and occasional rain shower, the event was a success! Neighborly conversations, bubbles, and ice cream treats brought everyone together!  

JUNE 2022 (PORCH SALE) - With warmer temps came the Porch Sale in June! People gathered together and offered a wide assortment of items for sale. It was fun to see so many people out and meeting new neighbors from the street and beyond. 

APRIL 2022  (SPRING CLEAN) - In conjunction with Earth Day in April, community members worked together to clean up the tree lawns on the street! We filled several bags with trash and debris (i.e. leaves, twigs, monkey balls, and more!

DECEMBER 2021 (LIGHT FEST) Lining Grandview Avenue with luminaries in December 2021 was the event that launched it all! Neighbors gathered together to plan and assemble bags and then invited everyone on the street to join us for beverages and treats!
